Cursors Tutorial

When making a cursor you first start by opening up Animation Shop and clicking on File -> New. Then a box will appear asking you for the width, height and canvas color (background color). Set both the width and height at 32, as shown in the image below. Now where it says Canvas Color please choose the option that says transparent. Then click ok.

To draw a basic cursor please select the paintbrush tool and be sure the width size is set to 1. Now you can zoom in as much as you need to so you can see what your doing. Now you can begin drawing your cursor. You can follow the diagram below to help you get started.

When your done coloring the cursor then it's time to save it. Go to File -> Save As. Please be sure you change the file type to ani. As shown in the image below.
